Karen Uchida

Karen started taking yoga classes at Ocean Yoga in 2011 and immediately fell in love with the practice and the studio. In 2015 she became a member of the Ocean Yoga staff which has allowed her to meet so many wonderful people and to really feel a part of the Pacifica community. In addition to yoga, she has been practicing Yang style tai chi for over 20 years and occasionally teaches small groups of interested people. She truly believes yoga and tai chi is the perfect combination for maintaining health with strength, flexibility, and serenity.
