Updated 2024 Pricing
Dear Cherished Members of the Ocean Yoga Community,
We hope this finds you well, and that you and your family are having a wonderful holiday season thus far.
After very careful consideration, including a detailed cost comparison of what other yoga and massage studios in Pacifica and nearby communities are currently charging for their services, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to make a modest increase to the price of our own services. This was not a decision made lightly, and we regret any hardship this might cause our students and clients.
Ocean Yoga has not increased prices for yoga or massage since prior to the Covid pandemic. During the years following the pandemic, we have all seen prices of goods and services increase, in some cases drastically – housing, gas, food, utilities, etc. We, too, have experienced these same types of increases – in rent, utilities, supplies, insurance, etc. - all while resisting the need to raise our prices in order to compensate.
We hope you will agree that the price increases are fairly modest, and have included a few examples below.
Non-member massage rates will increase by $15 (example – a 60-minute massage will increase from $109 to $124)
Massage membership rates will increase by $10 (example – a 90-minute massage membership will increase from $119 to $129)
Most yoga memberships will increase by $10 (example – Platinum membership will increase from $129 to $139)
The drop-in class rate of $25 will remain unchanged
Class Packs, the New Student Special, and Welcome Back Special will also increase by $10

Please note that clients with a current membership will not see a price increase until their March 2024 autopay is scheduled. If you do not currently have a membership, you can sign up now at the current rates and not see an increase until March.
Please know that even with this modest rate increase, our prices are still equal to or even lower than comparable massage and yoga businesses here in Pacifica and neighboring communities. The Platinum membership, for example, will still be priced $40 less than an unlimited membership at a nearby yoga studio. Ocean Yoga also offers a much wider variety of class types than most area studios – Vinyasa, Hatha, Viniyoga, Yin, Restorative, Pre-natal, Pilates, and Belly Dance – and continues to offer both in-person and virtual classes (most studios have completely dropped all of their virtual classes). In addition, we are one of the very few studios who do not charge students a fee for late cancels or no-shows.
Again, this was not a decision that was lightly made, but unfortunately in the current financial environment we had to make this difficult choice in order to keep Ocean Yoga thriving and growing.
