** Alignment Hatha**

Refine your Yoga practice! Explore yoga foundations & fundamentals in a dynamic practice which teaches proper form and alignment to help you safely build strength and flexibility. This class will give you the tools you need to safely and mindfully advance your practice. Suitable for all levels with options, variations, and modifications given to allow you to choose to soften or intensify poses to suit your needs and abilities.

** Alignment Vinyasa**

In this class you will synchronize your breath with a flowing series of movements that will improve your strength and flexibility, calm your mind, and leave you feeling invigorated. This class is best suited to students who are comfortable with their yoga practice

** Belly Dance**

Belly Dance is fun!!! In the countries of its origin, it is a dance of celebration and is a beautiful, expressive and powerful dance form. All are welcome to join in and explore this dance with its multifaceted richness! Each class starts and ends with a warm up/cool down stretch. Malia’s teaching format is built upon learning her extended vocabulary of basic Belly Dance Steps and Movements which helps build flexibility, coordination, grace, balance, stamina, and body positive confidence while moving to exciting rhythms and evocative melodies.

** Flow, Breath & Meditation **

You will be guided through a flowing, slower-paced sequence of asanas, linking intentional breath with conscious movement and present mind. The asanas are intentionally challenging, designed to awaken our attention to each moment’s experience, as it is, whether in motion or in stillness. Focus is placed on skillful alignment. We meet and explore each breath, each experience with unconditional listening, openness, and necessary applied modifications. We build strength where we find weakness and increase openness where tension and holding patterns are found. To further harness our energies and quiet the mind we end with 15 minutes of pranayama and meditation.

** Flow and Restore **

Find strength, length, calm and spaciousness in the body and mind. The class begins in a Vinyasa style to build strength, maintain mobility and deepen our awareness while linking breath with movement. The second part of class is spent in supported restorative poses to calm the nervous system, mind and body. This class is suitable for those comfortable with their practice.

** Gentle Hatha**

A gentler version of the Hatha Yoga practice with an emphasis on less intensity in the postures. This class also spends extended time on breathwork, meditation, and relaxation.

Support, modifications, and less strenuous versions of the postures are offered. Accessible for all body types and degrees of flexibility. There are many restorative positions offered in this class as well. A perfect class for the first timer, beginner, those that have been off of the mat for awhile, or the experienced yogi who seeks a slower pace and a bit more focus on opening and release of the body.

** Gentle Yoga**

This class is excellent for beginners and also more experienced students wishing to work more internally and subtly with the breath in postures. As a Yoga Therapist, Dawn will skillfully craft a sequence of postures suitable for the level of students in attendance, respecting your abilities. Variations will also be offered for students needing adaptations. This class is very strengthening when done consistently.

** Hatha Yoga**

A variety of traditional postures taught in accurate alignment and sequence. Emphasis is placed on strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and breathing. This class is based on body, mind, breath and spiritual connection. Suitable for all levels of practice. Variations will be offered for beginners and for advancing students. Each class is fun and different, offering lots of variety.

** Heated Power Flow**

Step up your yoga practice! This class links body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses. This is a vigorous, strength-based class, working the body to the core, building strength, flexibility, and endurance. Recommended for more advanced yogis, or anyone looking to advance their practice and challenge themselves. This class is taught in a heated room.

** Heated Vinyasa**

An invigorating flowing vinyasa style class that will tone your body and calm your mind.This class is taught in a heated room, and is geared toward students who are comfortable with their yoga practice.

** Mindful Flow (In Studio)**

In this class, mindfulness and yoga philosophy come together to create a transformative experience. We’ll move through asanas while cultivating awareness of our body, breath, and emotions, gently reminding ourselves to be present.

We will explore the four foundations of mindfulness—connecting with the body through breath and movement, tuning into emotions, and observing our thoughts with compassion and without judgment.

We begin slowly, holding poses to feel their full expression before flowing with grace. With a calming sound bath during savasana, you'll leave feeling centered and more connected to your inner self. All levels welcome.

** Mindful Flow (Virtual)**

Marianne will guide you through a flowing, intentionally challenging, slower-paced sequence of asanas, linking intentional breath with conscious movement and present mind.Using a carefully, newly-designed sequence each month, your practice can become a pathway of discovery. Mindfulness grows more present through a playful exploration balancing effort and ease. Through skillful attention to these carefully crafted sequences, we build strength where we find weakness and increase openness where tension and holding patterns are found.You will be encouraged to build greater sensitivity to body sensations, to stay present to your breath and to deeply connect with the present moment, resting in self awareness. Marianne's steady presence and guidance, through both hands-on and verbal instruction, offer precise body alignment, as well a safe place to explore and expand into your own practice. The practice is open to all levels.

** Mindful Flow & Yoga Nidra**

Unwind from your day and turn your attention inward with this grounding practice. Train the mind with slow, mindful movement, breath-focused holds in foundational poses and extend the exhalation through humming sounds. End the practice with Yoga Nidra, or conscious sleep, combining awake awareness with deepest relaxation to rest in the present moment - ready for a good night’s sleep.

** Mom & Baby Yoga **

This class is designed to be a safe space for new moms looking to get back into their yoga practice. Each class includes a short baby yoga practice for your little one, too! Baby yoga is a great way to bond with your babe and also meet other moms in the community.

We ask that only pre-crawling babies attend class. Please note it is not recommended to attend this yoga class earlier than 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks cesarean birth.

** Pilates Flow**

This all-levels class contains elements of Pilates, Garuda, and Yoga. You can expect to strengthen your core with a strong mat Pilates workout while incorporating the benefits of a robust cardio workout with the Garuda Method by James D'Silva. ** Power Flow**

Step up your yoga practice! This class links body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses. This is a vigorous, strength-based class, working the body to the core, building strength, flexibility, and endurance. Recommended for more advanced yogis, or anyone looking to advance their practice and challenge themselves.

** Restorative Yoga**

This class is an invitation to slow down and restore your nervous system. Restorative poses and breathing exercises are sequenced to help release the body and mind of tension and stress. Through the use of props and long holds we will gently open the body, experience deep relaxation and nourish our energy. No experience necessary, all are welcome! Please bring something to cover your eyes, such as an eye pillow, if you would like.

** Slow and Strong**

In this class, we will flow and breathe to connect with our bodies while also taking the time to explore different variations of the postures. While we explore how each pose feels in each of our unique bodies, we will also deepen our awareness of how we distribute the "effort and ease" of each posture using micro adjustments and isometric movement. This is an all levels class but don't let the title fool you! Slow does NOT always mean easy!

** Sunrise Vinyasa**

An invigorating flowing vinyasa style class that will tone your body and calm your mind. Truly a great way to start your day! This class is suitable for all levels. We recommend putting on the heater in your space so that you can stay warm for this early morning practice.

** Viniyoga**

Level 1 Class is adapted to students in attendance with skillful use of breath and movement in postures, relaxation, breathing practices, meditation, and chanting in the Viniyoga tradition. The practice balances effort and ease through breath-centric postures and intelligent, progressive sequencing from simple to more challenging, created according to the needs and abilities of students.

** Vinyasa**

In this class you will synchronize your breath with a flowing series of movements that will improve your strength and flexibility, calm your mind, and leave you feeling invigorated. Suitable for those who are comfortable with their practice. Modifications will be offered.

** Vinyasa Flow**

In this class, you will synchronize your breath with a flowing series of movements that will improve your strength and flexibility, calm your mind, and leave you feeling invigorated. Suitable for those who are comfortable with their Vinyasa practice. Prior knowledge of poses is recommended.

** Vinyasa 101 **

A class that prepares students to add more strength and stamina in the classic Asanas so they can progress to a next level practice such as Vinyasa or Power Flow. Slower and more deliberate attention will be paid to transitions as well.

This class is suited for those comfortable in their practice and seeking some deeper knowledge of the asanas. A great opportunity as well for those who have taken some time off from their practice or want to refine their asana practice at a pace slower than a standard Vinyasa class.

** Yin Yoga **

Yin yoga is a quiet practice with deep stretches that are held for 3-5 minutes with transitional poses and energy release in between. Yin is a mindful practice centered around the theory that the yoga sequences affect bodily systems and organ health as well as the muscles and outer body. Yin combines still, deep stretching, with mindfulness in a practice that balances out a more dynamic yoga practice. Aromatherapy is utilized as a tool to elevate your experience. Suitable for all levels.
