Avril Dalin

Avril teaches yoga as a lifestyle practice that helps individuals connect with their inner selves, fostering a more authentic and aligned life. In her classes, she emphasizes mindful flow, integrating breathwork, movement, and yoga philosophy to guide students on a journey of self-discovery. By focusing on the breath and body awareness, Avril helps students bring attention to the mind, ultimately promoting alignment between mind, body, and life.

She is currently pursuing her mindfulness and meditation certification and working toward becoming a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach through the NBHWC. Passionate about helping her students cultivate balance and mindfulness in their everyday lives, Avril finds joy in the practice both on and off the mat. When she’s not teaching, she can often be found surfing at Linda Mar or hiking the scenic trails around the Bay Area, with Purisima Creek Redwood Open Preserve being one of her current favorites.
