Liza Demartini

Liza received her Usui Reiki certification from the SF Reiki Center in 2023, studying under Reiki Master Christopher Tellez and following the lineage of Hawayo Takata. After personally experiencing the profound healing effects of Reiki, she was inspired to deepen her practice and share its transformative benefits with others.

Reiki, derived from the Japanese words rei (universal) and ki (energy), channels universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to support balance and healing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

A Bay Area native, Liza has a lifelong passion for nature, science, yoga, music, and laughter. With a background in psychology, counseling, and recruiting, she is naturally drawn to opportunities that foster connection, healing, and harmony in others.
