Kelly started practicing yoga because she was curious. What started as a mild interest in yoga leggings and sweating has transformed into a passion for the body, its ability to move and its use as a vehicle to connect more deeply with the mind and soul. Gradually, she discovered the full scope of yoga’s benefits. Over the last 12 years, she returned to her mat again and again to cultivate inner stability, develop greater self-awareness and shift her perspective. The practice is always evolving as she moves through life. Now, as a mother of three children, yoga has been vital in her ability to stay grounded and present. Kelly leads a vinyasa flow that is fluid and thoughtful, sequenced to provide a well rounded experience for her students. Her classes focus on alignment, breath and increasing strength.
