Kandis believes Yoga can improve our overall quality of life on and off the mat. She has firsthand experienced the benefits of this and her passion is sharing them with everyone she meets. Kandis offers a variety of teachings to people of all ages who have different needs through her cross disciplinary trainings in Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga. She has studied these different traditions over the last 10 years in Southeast Asia and Los Angeles from world renowned teachers and attended the Yogic Studies M.A program at Loyola Marymount University. She remains a student of Yoga, meditation, alternative healing, and psychology. When Kandis is not teaching, you may find her in nature with her daughter, soon to be daughters :)
