Join us for a 6-week series of gentle and mindful yoga to support your healing and motivate your home practice! Over the course of 6 classes, we will befriend the places in our bodies that need attention and care, and help them heal and thrive again. Each student will be offered a suggestion for a lovely, easy to remember home practice sequence, or so-called “Yoga Snacks”, that fit into even a busy daily schedule. Yoga Therapy uses yogic principles and techniques to address our unique, individual body situation. This 6 -week series is intended to bring us back to physical, mental, and emotional balance, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your diet and sleep patterns. No previous experience is necessary; this class series is equally valuable for beginners and advanced students. Due to the personalized character of these classes, the number of participants is limited to 12.
A completed intake form and personal or phone conversation with instructor Shantika Bernard (PhD, ND, RYT 500, Yoga Therapy Intern) is required prior to the first class.
Non-member price: $90 for the series/ $20 single session.
Member price: $80 for series/$18 single session.
