Relax and revitalize with Restorative Yoga.
Restorative yoga is an opportunity to relax, unwind, and release stress, anxiety and physical tension. After moving and warming up our bodies, we will transition into poses held for 3 to 5 minutes using props for comfort and support. These long holds, coupled with breathing exercises, promote deep relaxation, which balances the nervous system, decreases stress, heals the mind and body, and increases flexibility and energy flow. Beneficial for beginning, intermediate, and advanced students.

You've probably heard of this ballet-based fitness trend; Now here is your chance to try it out!
We'll warm up on the mat with some Pilates core work, and progress to resistance bands to engage the upper body, followed by a fun, flowing barre sequence that will challenge and engage your core and help build your overall strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
