This class is taught in a heated room, and is geared toward students who are comfortable with their yoga practice.
Flow and Restore
Find strength, length, calm and spaciousness in the body and mind. Starting class in a vinyasa style, we will cultivate warmth while linking breath with movement. We will build strength, maintain mobility, and deepen awareness. We will spend the second part of the class in supported restorative poses, restoring the nervous system, calming the mind and body. This well-rounded practice is a great gift for the body, mind and spirit.
Flow and Align
In this mixed level class, students will learn, explore, practice and play with the fundamentals of alignment in a more focused and controlled setting, so that when its time to flow, students understand anatomical cues to help keep them safe while deepening their own practice.
Begin Again Vinyasa
This heated vinyasa class feels familiar to the every day yogi, yet incorporates an intention of grounding and opening up for the new year to come. It's a class where you can step onto your mat knowing that the time to begin again is now and that every day moving forward is an opportunity of renewal.
