Lindsey's classes are beautiful and grounded. She incorporates a unique blend of breath awareness into each movement of the body while using sound healing techniques, such as mantra and singing crystal bowls. Her flow is designed to awaken an intentional sense of presence to the physical, mental and emotional bodies. She encourages a focus on body acceptance, which creates room for a positive space and deeper healing. She also strives to encourage and guide others to find and connect with their own inner light; the light she believes connects us all in our truest essence.

A strong vinyasa flow with a Bhakti vibe, this class focuses on deep rhythmic breathing combined with a challenging vinyasa practice in a heated studio with inspiring music. Though all are welcome, this class is geared towards those who are familiar and comfortable with their yoga practice.

Timeless: A Restorative Yoga + Sound Meditation Workshop
Take a journey with Ally & Lindsey to pause and sink into silence within your own skin, opening up to the vibrational frequencies of sound, and awakening to the rhythm of your breath and body.
Through guided breathwork, long held restorative poses, reiki, and a harmonic soundbath we will invite ourselves into a space of deep rest, ultimately nourishing and tuning our nervous system so that we can leave feeling a sense of ease and relaxation.
