Postures are taught with an emphasis on safe alignment via clear and balanced joint space through consciously organized pathways of weight. Students are encouraged to root their practice in breath to create steadiness and ease in every pose, rather than "win" the pose. An invigorating flowing vinyasa style class that will tone your body and calm your mind.
This class is taught in a heated room, and is geared toward students who are comfortable with their yoga practice.
In this class you will synchronize your breath with a flowing series of movements that will improve your strength and flexibility, calm your mind, and leave you feeling invigorated. This class is best suited to students who are comfortable with their yoga practice.
Vinyasa with Yin
Balance your yin/yang in this unique 1/2 vinyasa, 1/2 yin class.
Refine and Align
Are you looking to find more steadiness and ease in your yoga practice and/or everyday life? Discover the ease that underlies transformation. In this workshop you will be invited to discover the anatomical, kinesthetic and energetic relationships within your body, and between the body and breath. We will explore pathways of weight through bones and ligaments and create balanced joint space through guided somatizations and posture work. Ultimately creating groundwork of developmental repatterning to promote clarity in body and mind. This is an ALL LEVELS workshop, all are welcome to join!
