Jackie’s yoga path began in 1997 while studying dance and Pilates. With a lifelong love of movement, it was only natural that she begin the journey of yoga. Jackie loves and appreciates all styles of yoga and is passionate about teaching asana through proper alignment techniques, thoughtful sequencing and often includes yoga therapeutics to build strength, balance and flexibility. Her classes are for yogis of all levels wishing to gain a deeper awareness of the self through asana, spiritual philosophy, breathwork and meditation.
Jackie has endless gratitude to her teachers. Most recently Jackie has completed a yoga therapeutics training with acclaimed physical therapist and yoga teacher, Harvey Deutch, and studied under the tutelage of Guru Vishva-ji at the Anand Prakash ashram India. She is currently on the path of becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist through Kripalu School of Yoga and has done over 500 hours of teacher training hours. Jackie and her family share a deep love for travel and just returned from a life-changing eight month journey around the world. She has returned feeling a new charge for life and in her free time she can be found hiking Pacifica's many ocean-side trails, enjoying good food and wine with friends and cherishes the time she has with her husband and her two crazy-awesome boys.
