Patrick Stockstill

Patrick started changing his life through yoga fifteen years ago. He keeps coming back to a mindful asana and meditation practice to find peace of mind, trust, physical strength and ease, and to notice the always changing and unfolding nature of life. His classes challenge with permission, holding space for students to open to their greater potential. Breath and poses are key to vinyasa yoga, but Patrick also teaches to the spirit. He has studied Bhakti Flow with Rusty Wells, vinyasa and ashtanga with Anne Marie Kramer, Bill Prysock, and Jessica Micheletti at Zuda Yoga in Sacramento, and with Jason Bowman and Pete Guinosso at Yoga Tree SF.
Patrick studied massage at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur and at the McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland. He approaches bodywork as a moving meditation, helping the recipient release tension and create a sense of wellness through full-body, integrative strokes. In addition to relaxation techniques, he is trained in deep tissue and adhesion work, which he uses as appropriate to address acute injuries and longer term restrictions.

Chandra Lovejoy

Chandra aims to create a safe space for students to make a connection with Self. Classes are rooted in meditation and breath control. Postures are taught with an emphasis on safe alignment via clear and balanced joint space through consciously organized pathways of weight. Students are encouraged to root their practice in breath to create steadiness and ease in every pose, rather than "win" the pose. Chandra teaches without judgments and students are supported to explore their personal edge mindfully through a practice of presence and Self-inquiry to promote transformation. Tatiana Brockmann

Tatiana teaches a dynamic and powerful vinyasa flow which inspires grace and focused attention. You will feel your whole body lengthened, strengthened and energized through breath and movement. Tatiana is certified through Yoga Tree and has studied with Dharma Mittra and Shiva Rea. 
Tatiana’s therapeutic and relaxing massage technique helps to create space in the body giving it the ability to heal and move with greater freedom. Through her intuitive touch and long, thorough strokes, she creates a physical and energetic balance in the body. Whether you are suffering from muscular pain, injuries, or daily tension and stress, Tatiana will provide relief, tailoring each massage to the specific needs of her clients. Tatiana is certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Shiatsu, and Prenatal Massage.
In this class you will synchronize your breath with a flowing series of movements that will improve your strength and flexibility, calm your mind, and leave you feeling invigorated. This class is best suited to students who are comfortable with their yoga practice. The Wednesday morning session will incorporate elements of Yin Yoga; a slow, relaxing style of yoga that incorporates longer, deeper holds of poses that will noticeably improve your flexibility.
