Tatiana Brockmann

Tatiana teaches a dynamic and powerful vinyasa flow which inspires grace and focused attention. You will feel your whole body lengthened, strengthened and energized through breath and movement. Tatiana is certified through Yoga Tree and has studied with Dharma Mittra and Shiva Rea. 
 
Tatiana’s therapeutic and relaxing massage technique helps to create space in the body giving it the ability to heal and move with greater freedom. Through her intuitive touch and long, thorough strokes, she creates a physical and energetic balance in the body. Whether you are suffering from muscular pain, injuries, or daily tension and stress, Tatiana will provide relief, tailoring each massage to the specific needs of her clients. Tatiana is certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Shiatsu, and Prenatal Massage.

Tierra Tanner

Tierra’s curiosity for yoga and meditation was sparked by reading a book on astral travel and self-induced OBE. As her curiosity for esoteric philosophy grew, it became apparent that her life path was to be one immersed in spirituality. One day Tierra and a friend were looking through a local magazine and found an advertisement for yoga teacher training. Having dabbled in yoga at home,Tierra found that it fed not only her desire for spiritual growth, but the need for physical exertion, cultivated by a life time as a dancer. At that moment, Tierra's whole world brightened up; she had found her dharma. Since beginning to teach, Tierra has grown in all aspects of life. Teaching yoga has challenged Tierra to never be afraid of being herself, as well as serving as a vessel to share her innate love and kindness with others. Apart from teaching Vinyasa, Bikram Yoga, and Yin Yoga, Tierra specializes in Chair Yoga for senior citizens as well as Office Yoga for workplaces. Complimenting the physical practice of yoga, Tierra also practices Kriya Yoga and is a certified Reiki healer. These are, but the first doors opened for her in what she hopes to be a long and illustrious career of aiding humanity through deeper understanding of: the mind, body, spirit connection.

Chandra Lovejoy

Chandra aims to create a safe space for students to make a connection with Self. Classes are rooted in meditation and breath control. Postures are taught with an emphasis on safe alignment via clear and balanced joint space through consciously organized pathways of weight. Students are encouraged to root their practice in breath to create steadiness and ease in every pose, rather than "win" the pose. Chandra teaches without judgments and students are supported to explore their personal edge mindfully through a practice of presence and Self-inquiry to promote transformation. In this class you will synchronize your breath with a flowing series of movements that will improve your strength and flexibility, calm your mind, and leave you feeling invigorated. This class is best suited to students who are comfortable with their yoga practice.
