Sarah Fletcher

A 200 hour California yoga alliance registered yoga teacher, Sarah is a resident of Pacifica where she enjoys teaching private, partner, and group classes – tailoring the experience to the needs and level of her students. She is well versed in many styles of yoga, creating a unique approach to energize, heal, and integrate the body and soul. With a background in psychology and behavioral therapy, Sarah has years of experience working with children affected by DD and ASD, with a specialized certification for Autism spectrum diagnosed children through YEAS Yoga. She also specializes in working with athletes, singers (check out her website sarahfletchersoprano.com), as well as individuals experiencing illness or injury to the musculo-skeletal and neuro-muscular systems.

Jackie Rosenheim

Jackie Rosenheim was first introduced to yoga in 1997 while studying both dance and Pilates. She has always had a love for movement and has been a teacher of Pilates for over 10 years. Her yoga practice began with Iyengar, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and she took her first Anusara class 4 years ago. Since finding Anusara she has become a dedicated student and is deeply inspired by this heart-oriented hatha yoga style. Jackie's teaching style is in alignment with the Anusara method and she has a passion for helping students work through chronic body pain using yoga therapeutics. Her classes are a safe and empowering space for all levels of yogis and she strives to help her students expand in all areas of ones being- body, mind and heart.

Nina Holle

Nina Holle is a researcher, writer and yoga teacher. She completed her RYT 500 at Yoga Tree in San Francisco, immersing herself into asana, pranayama, and philosophy with her teachers Janet Stone, Jason Bowman and Judith Lasater. Her interest in precision and safe alignment has also been greatly influenced by studying at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Berlin.
Nina fell in love with Vipassana Meditation and dharma during silent retreats in monasteries in Thailand. Since then, she regularly attends retreats and studies diligently with her main teachers, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield and Adyashanti.
The influence of her teachers can be felt in her unique teaching style which blends movement, breath, meditation, and philosophy to create self-awareness, well-being, and transformation.
Nina also closely follows the emerging scientific insights on yoga, meditation, and neuroscience and subtly interweaves these insights with ancient traditions and wisdom, finding new ways to teach yoga and meditation in a way that fosters both physical and mental well-being and resilience - on and off the mat.

Marianne Linn

Born and raised in Germany, Marianne discovered the seeds of yoga, meditation and bodywork while traveling extensively in Asia. She has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. In 1994, she was certified with the Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Society in Austria and continued her studies in the Iyengar and Astanga Vinyasa traditions, completing the teacher-training program at the Iyengar Institute in San Francisco. Marianne has been a student of Shandor Remete for over ten years and his Shadow Yoga greatly influences her practice and teaching. Her study of T'ai Chi and Qi Gong has also deepened her awareness of and connection to the presence of the universal life force energy. Marianne’s asana teachings draw from the essential elements of many great teachers such as Shandor Remete, Ana Forest, Andre Lappa, Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley, Doug Keller, S.N.Goenka and Adyashanti, as well as from her own experience as a Bodyworker and from her study of the Nature of Mind.

Marianne’s classes provide a supportive and light-hearted atmosphere where students are encouraged to learn to explore the harmonics of postural alignment and the connection between body, breath and mind. At the beginning of the month Marianne creates and offers a new vinyasa sequence, where one's focus on transitions, the "going in to" and "coming out of" a posture is as important as being in the posture. The practice becomes a meditation in motion. Marianne designs her classes with experienced beginners and intermediate level students in mind, although beginners and all sincere students are welcome. Marianne has been a certified Bodywork Practitioner since 1996. She offers Shiatsu, Therapeutic Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, Chi Nei Tsang, Prenatal Massage, and On-Site Chair Massage. Marianne is also available for Somatic Yoga Therapy and Private yoga coaching sessions.



Tierra Tanner

Tierra’s curiosity for yoga and meditation was sparked by reading a book on astral travel and self-induced OBE. As her curiosity for esoteric philosophy grew, it became apparent that her life path was to be one immersed in spirituality. One day Tierra and a friend were looking through a local magazine and found an advertisement for yoga teacher training. Having dabbled in yoga at home,Tierra found that it fed not only her desire for spiritual growth, but the need for physical exertion, cultivated by a life time as a dancer. At that moment, Tierra's whole world brightened up; she had found her dharma. Since beginning to teach, Tierra has grown in all aspects of life. Teaching yoga has challenged Tierra to never be afraid of being herself, as well as serving as a vessel to share her innate love and kindness with others. Apart from teaching Vinyasa, Bikram Yoga, and Yin Yoga, Tierra specializes in Chair Yoga for senior citizens as well as Office Yoga for workplaces. Complimenting the physical practice of yoga, Tierra also practices Kriya Yoga and is a certified Reiki healer. These are, but the first doors opened for her in what she hopes to be a long and illustrious career of aiding humanity through deeper understanding of: the mind, body, spirit connection.
